Other Reminders

Dress rehearsal is mandatory for recital participation. There are no exceptions to this rule, including scheduled or rescheduled sports/games. Your dancer/twirler has worked very hard this year. We ask for only one weekend out of the entire year, and the dates were communicated during registration. It is unfair to both your student and their classmates to not attend dress rehearsal.

Please write your student’s name in all of their shoes and costume pieces.

Downtown parking can be tricky, and it may take you quite some time to find a spot. Please be mindful of this and give yourself ample time to find parking.

No flash photography is allowed.

Do not get up during the performances. The curtain closes between each number, and you may get up then if needed. You would not want someone else to get up during your dancer’s performance, blocking your view or disturbing your hearing, while you are trying to watch. BE COURTEOUS!

Do not come to the side-stage doors for any reason during recital. Do not open these doors for ANY reason.
