INSTRUCTOR BIO: MISS APRIL
“My name is April, and I am currently a graduate student at Samford University studying Architecture. During undergrad at Samford, I was a member of the Samford Dance Company where we studied classical modern and ballet work, along with a variety of styles that we performed.
I grew up in Atlanta, Georgia where I started dancing at the age of 5. I grew up dancing a variety of styles like jazz, contemporary, lyrical, classical pointe and ballet, specifically studying Vaganova and performing many Balanchine pieces.”
This is Miss April’s third season with NJAD.
